2.1 Subscription and Billing
Q: How do I subscribe to premium features?
Premium subscriptions are available through the App Store. Tap the subscription option within the app, choose your plan, and complete the purchase using your Apple ID.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription:
- Open Settings on your device
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find Pixshop and tap "Cancel Subscription"
Q: Can I get a refund for my subscription?
Refund requests must be made through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.
Q: My free trial ended but I was still charged. Why?
Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can request a refund through Apple if this was unintentional.

Q: How do the AI editing features work?
Our AI features use advanced machine learning models to understand and modify images based on your text descriptions. Simply upload an image, describe your desired changes, and let our AI do the work.
Q: Why is image processing slow?
Processing time depends on image complexity and network speed. AI operations typically take 10-30 seconds. Ensure you have a stable internet connection for best performance.
Q: What image formats are supported?
Pixshop supports:
- JPEG/JPG

- HEIC (iOS default format)
- Maximum resolution: 4096x4096 pixels
- Maximum file size: 20MB
Q: Can I edit multiple images at once?
Currently, Pixshop processes one image at a time for optimal quality. You can queue multiple edits by saving each result before starting the next.

3.1 App Performance Issues
App is running slowly or freezing
- Close and restart the app

- Ensure you have at least 1GB free storage
- Close other memory-intensive apps
- Update to the latest version of Pixshop
App crashes during image processing

3.2 AI Processing Issues
AI processing fails or produces unexpected results
